Glow Shop

Terms of Sale and License

Last updated November 8, 2026. Plain English, short as we can make it.

Who we are

Glow Shop is sold by Glow Shop 3D (glowshop3d.com). Questions: [email protected]. Payments are handled by Stripe; your receipt may say the order was "Sold through Link", Stripe's checkout, which collects the sales tax for us.

What you make is yours

Print results. Glow Shop makes design files. How a print turns out depends on your printer, its settings, your filament and how they're looked after. Failed or poor prints caused by things like wet filament, poor bed adhesion, a clogged or worn nozzle, wrong or changed slicer settings, an uncalibrated printer, drafts or temperature, or bought parts that differ from the ones listed are not defects in Glow Shop or its files, and aren't covered by a refund after the 14-day window. Every printer is different: the settings in the files are suggested starting points. Change them to suit your printer and filament, and use Bench test in the app to check fits before a long print.
Found a bug? We'll fix it. If a file itself is wrong (a part that won't fit when your printer is printing other things right, a missing piece, a wrong size, or something in the app that doesn't work), email [email protected] with a screenshot or photo, your printer and your Glow Shop version (Report a problem in the app fills these in). We'll fix it in a free update for everyone in their year of updates.

What you need

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and a 3D printer with its slicer. The app runs on your computer; it uses the internet only to check for updates and to open links you click. Try it first, free, in your browser at glowshop3d.com/try.
