Refunds

Not for you? A full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. No forms, no hard feelings.
  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with (or tell us that email).
  2. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually shows on your statement in 5 to 10 days.
  3. Please delete your copy of Glow Shop and your key once you're refunded.

The same 14 days apply to renewals and to the Maker to Seller upgrade.

After 14 days we can't refund, but if something in Glow Shop isn't working, tell us: we fix bugs in free updates. Failed prints caused by your printer, filament or settings aren't Glow Shop faults; see Print results.
