Privacy
Last updated November 8, 2026. Short version: we collect only what it takes to sell you a key and help you, and we never sell it.
When you buy
- Stripe (and its Link checkout) takes your payment. We never see your card number. Stripe collects your name, email and billing details under its own privacy policy, and collects sales tax.
- From your order we get your name, email, what you bought and the computer code you paste at checkout. We use them to make your key, email it to you, move it to a new computer, renew or upgrade it, and answer you. We keep a record of the keys we make.
- The computer code (like PC-XXXX-XXXX) is worked out from your computer's own Windows ID. It ties your key to that computer. It doesn't contain your name or anything on your computer.
In the app
- Your designs, pictures and photos stay on your computer. Glow Shop doesn't upload them.
- Once a day the app asks glowshop3d.com whether there's a newer version. That's an ordinary web request (like visiting a page); it doesn't send your name, key, designs or files.
- When you click a link (parts, the guide, the website), it opens in your browser like any link.
On this website
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary server logs for security.
- Some parts and filament links are Amazon links. As an Amazon Associate, Glow Shop earns from qualifying purchases; Amazon may use cookies when you follow them.
- The "Try it" app in your browser keeps your settings in your own browser's storage only.
When you email us, we keep the conversation to help you. We don't send newsletters unless you ask to hear about launches or news, and you can tell us to stop any time.
Your choices
Want to see, fix or delete what we have about you? Email [email protected]. We'll do it, except records we must keep for taxes and payments.
